Project Brief

Charles Sturt University is currently completing the relocating of its Albury city campus to Albury-Wodonga (Thurgoona) campus A component of the relocation to Thurgoona involves further development of the Student Association building, also known as the Gums Cafe, located in the Thurgoona Learning Precinct.

The Student Association building will be extended to accommodate the relocation of the Albury bar to Thurgoona and to provide facilities and social spaces for staff and students living and working on-campus.

The completed facility will include a coffee bar (recently completed), new bar, cool rooms & stores, a covered stage and outdoor decking to service up to 400 patrons, office space, dining hall for students and additional amenities.
