Project Brief

The University has obtained funding to undertake works on C02 to improve accessibility, fire safety and upgrades to a number of teaching spaces.

The works will include:

  • Construction of lift to service both the C02 Mansfield & C01 Philips buildings, to be located on the existing bridge.
  • Fitting various Braille and tactile indicators.
  • Construction of an accessible bathroom facility
  • Reconfiguration and upgrading of tutorial rooms.
  • Installation of a new fire detection and alarm system
