Project Brief

Generic Office space – mixed open plan/enclosed office space/social space.
Approx 70-80 staff, accommodation for the School of Biomedical Sciences and the School of Animal & Vet Sciences. To be an extension to the NaLSH building, 2 storey option preferred

Nexus to University Strategy 2011-2015

Consolidate and align selected divisions from Faculty of Science to the new Science precinct on Agriculture Campus. Ensure new office accommodation aligns with University strategy for sustainability, energy reduction, staff well being.

Disconnected schools/divisions consolidated to individual single locations where possible. Develop accommodation that provides flexibility for organisational change and growth.
