This project has been established to demolish the end of life assets, Buildings 210 and 231, this will reinstate the grounds to better meet the future requirements of the precinct (carparking in this specific case).

Design Features

Storm water infrastructure works will be incorporated into the car park design to improve drainage of the area.

Sustainability Features

The University will recycle, reuse, and re-purpose as many items as possible during the demolition of the buildings.

Additional Information

Charles Sturt University recognises the need to demolish these buildings to mitigate risk and undue maintenance/running costs to the University.
