Project Brief
The project comprises the development of a refurbishment of the 1st Floor level internal modifications to an existing Building C Block within the grounds of the NSW Department of Primary Industries Wagga Wagga campus providing EH Graham Centre, Office space to consolidate the agricultural research, education and training at Industry & Investment NSW and Charles Sturt University, in southern Australia.
The refurbishment would provide and consolidate accommodation for 8 staff, 7 visiting researchers and 10 post graduate students all in the one building. Current accommodation is place across CSU and DPI.
Architectural Features
- Refurbishment of existing building providing new offices and a new seminar room
- Install all new infrastructure services – electrical, data, mechanical, hydraulics, AV and security
- New carpet tiles
