Project Brief
The university's rolling facilites condition assessment process identifed that the HVAC systems servicing academic office buildings 3, 4, & 5; buildings 11 & 12 (lecture units 1 & 2 ) and building 481 at the Wagga Wagga campus have each reached the end of their service life, requiring decommissioning and removal and replacement with new plant and equipment which in some cases are not like for like.
