Project Brief
The facility will provide a seven flexible collaborative learning and teaching spaces and four specialists learning and teaching spaces for 400 students and 10 staff.
The site for the new facility is located within the existing Learning and Teaching Precinct of the university's Albury-Wodonga campus. It adjoins the existing CD Blake Lecture Theatre, Student Association Building, IT Hub and new Learning Commons Building (currently under construction).
The building is nestled into the site to minimise disturbance from the loop road and achieve connection with the 'Social Hub'. The building incorporates a central 'street' that provides access either side to separate pavilions containing the various learning and teaching areas and reinforces the collaborative objective of the facility.
