This project has been established to demolish the end of life assets, Buildings 210 and 231, this will reinstate the grounds to better meet the future requirements of the precinct (carparking in this specific case).

This project involves the installation of 250 self-contained bedroom with ensuite facilities in 6 accommodation buildings.
There are common lounge rooms and kitchens on each floor.
Several rooms equipped for students with disabilities are available.
A student Hub will also be provided for social activities, administration and study support and available 24/7.

The project includes the supply & placement of new fitness equipment, mirrors, minor fitness accessories etc. to an existing room in the Pavilion Building (Building 672) at the Albury-Wodonga Campus. The addition of a change room (including shower) adjacent to the Fitness room will also be included.

The project scope includes the installation of gas fuelled radiant tube heaters over the existing covered seating & BBQ area and installation of fabric wind-protection blinds to the southern side of the shelter.
