Project Brief
The Student Residential Development is to be a 'showcase' for future undergraduate and postgraduate students requiring on-campus accommodation ensuring a living, learning and environment that provides an outstanding student experience, with exposure to a vibrant campus atmosphere.
The project is to provide a targeted minimum 160 bedrooms in a mix of undergraduate and postgraduate suites, with associated living spaces, kitchen and laundry facilities. The development will also include communal spaces for collaborative learning and social relaxation for students; business functions of campus life; and some retail ie: Australia Post and possible convenience store.
