Project Description
"The Grange" alteration and addition works include:
- Refurbishment of the existing building, including replacement of amenities, kitchen, offices, Vice Chancellor's suite and heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) upgrade.
- Construction of new Council room, entry foyer and associated service.
- Upgrading of the fire hydrant service.
- Upgrading of landscaping and paving.
