What is Accounts Receivable responsible for?
Accounts Receivable is part of the Division of Finance, and is responsible for all revenue collection on behalf of Charles Sturt University. This entails the generation of all invoices produced by the University and the processing of all inward payments for the University. This section is also responsible for debt collection and the initiation of payment of refunds.

How can I get a receipt for my payment?
If you require a receipt, please contact us.
Can I print my own receipt from your website?
Payments made through the University’s website will generate a receipt issued by our bankers’ merchant facility, which can be printed at the time of processing the transaction. If you require an official receipt from the University, please contact us.
How can I get a tax invoice for my fees?
Currently CSU issues statements of fees due to it’s students electronically through our “eBox” facility, however if you require a paper tax invoice, these are available upon request by contacting Accounts Receivable.
How do I make a payment to CSU?

Can I make payments over the Internet?
Current students can process payments 24 hours per day, 7 days per week through the University’s online payments site. You will require a current logon ID and password to enter this site.
What types of credit cards do you accept?

Are online payments safe?

Can I pay in person?
The University has cashier offices located on its main campuses. A full list of cashier opening times is available here.
Can I pay by BPay?
Charles Sturt University is a BPay merchant and can accept payments using this method. For more information about BPay, click here.
I think I am due for a refund – who do I notify?

I have joined the CSU Alumni – who do I notify?
If you qualify for CSU Alumni membership and have received your membership card, please contact your Student Administration Liaison Officer to have your tuition fees adjusted. Once your discount has been established on our system, you will continue to receive the discount until your membership expires.
