Student Identification Card ordering information.
There is a charge for the issue of a replacement Student Identification (ID) Card. This charge is listed on the "Other Fees and Charges" page accessible from the CSU Fees page.
ID card orders and associated payment can be made online using Visa or MasterCard credit cards, through the University's secure online payments site.
ID cards are normally produced the next working day and posted to your "Mailing Address".

If you do not receive your replacement card, after allowing Australia Post time to deliver it, you should contact Student Central by email at ask@csu.edu.au or by telephone during business hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Sydney, New South Wales, Australia time zone) on 1800 275 278 (international +61 2 6933 7507).
