For Staff - Procurement Review Board

The Procurement Review Board (PRB)was established at the commencement of 2010 and replaced the previous Purchase and Tender Boards that operated on the Wagga Wagga campus for many years.

The Board meets every fortnight (currently Thursday) to discuss matters, approve procurement strategies and make recommendations for the procurement of goods and service. Any urgent matters that arise which require approval are processed by using the Interact system and are endorsed at the next convened meeting.

The Secretarial role is jointly shared between Division of Finance (DOF) and Facilities Management (DFM), with the DFM representative responsible to present all matters that are generated from within DFM whilst the remaining University matters are processed by DOF.
All members of the Board can provide advice on the role and function of the Board and welcomes comments and feedback regarding procurement processes within Charles Sturt University.
