Account Balances Help
The account balances for a person display three types of information.
Current balance includes amounts which are due, or overdue, as at today's date. Current details page shows all the transactions associated with the current balance.
Future Balance includes known transactions that are not currently due, but will be applied to your account at a future date. Future details page shows all the transactions associated with the future balance.
Total Balance gives the total of current and future balances. Full details page shows the history of all transactions.
You have Account Restrictions. Click here to see them. This link will be displayed if the person has any account restrictions.
Current Account Details Help
The current account details lists all transactions that have a balance due, or overdue, as at today's date.
Trans No. is the transaction number of the transaction on your account.
Date is the date that the transaction became current.
Description describes the type of transaction.
C/P indicates if the transaction is a Charge or a Payment.
Amount is the full amount of the transaction.
Balance shows the amount still outstanding on the transaction. This would occur if you did not fully pay an outstanding charge.
Term Code indicates the academic or residential term, or session that the transaction was applied to. An 'ARTERM' term code is not specific to any particular time period.
Full Account Details Help
The full account details lists all transactions future, current and history.
Trans No. is the transaction number of the transaction in your account.
Effective Date is the date that the transaction will become or became current.
Description describes the type of transaction.
