Students
All payments can be made in Canadian dollars by mail, fax (# 905 333 8578), or in person at the Campus cashier.
CSU accepts Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
The Bill Payment system has also been introduced as an additional method of payment. Please refer to your own financial institution to confirm their registration of Charles Sturt University as a registered biller. Refer to the top right corner of your account statement for your Bill Payment Account Number which will be required when making payments. For security reasons it is different to your student number.
If faxing, please complete the Ontario Remittance form.
Any information faxed will be shredded when authorization is completed.
If you are requesting an Academic Transcipt, please complete the Academic Transcript (Ontario) form and return by mail, fax or in person to CSU Ontario Campus.

All vendor payments and any other financial matters, including OSAP, will be handled in the first instance by the Finance Officer (Ontario)
The Division of Finance, Ontario, office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday (Ontario Standard Time).
