Fee Paying and FEE-HELP funded student fees
If you are enrolled as a fee paying student in a fee paying course as at the census date, you will incur a FEE-HELP liability. To avoid this liability, you will need to withdraw from a course or subject in writing (or on Student Administration's Online Administration Office web page) prior to FEE-HELP census date.
If you have paid your tuition charges up front and you are subsequently withdrawn prior to the FEE-HELP census date, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment, less any amounts owing to CSU. Contact your FEE-HELP coordinator on your campus for more details.
If you withdraw from your course or subject after the FEE-HELP census date, depending upon circumstances causing this withdrawal, you can apply to have your FEE-HELP debt for the session remitted. If you believe your circumstances may entitle you to remission, contact your FEE-HELP coordinator at the relevant campus.
Further information regarding FEE-HELP is available at the StudyAssist.gov.au website.
