| Requirements | Managers will advise casual staff about the duties to be performed and the standard of work required. NB: Within the CSU Induction and Development program, staff are able to set personal objectives (linked to University strategic objectives) for their professional development. For casual staff, this opportunity is subject to an evaluation by the Manager of the development needs of the individual appointment. |
Feedback |
Managers will provide feedback on performance (reviewing progress at regular intervals) to ensure the person is undertaking the tasks as per the engagement specifications. Managers will also give the person an appropriate period of notice if their services are no longer required, or their performance is unsatisfactory |
