For casual academic staff, this opportunity is subject to an evaluation by the Manager of School of the development needs of the individual appointment.

Feedback

Managers will provide feedback on performance (reviewing progress at regular intervals) to ensure the person is undertaking the tasks as per the engagement specifications.

Managers will also give the person an appropriate period of notice if their services are no longer required, or their performance is unsatisfactory.
