CSU has identified that a priority in workforce planning is to develop a sustainable workforce through our attraction and retention strategies. This includes strategies to grow our own capability by simultaneously developing our staff and renewing our workforce. [CSU Enabling Workforce Plan 2007-2011, Priority 1] CSU uses a wide range of structured entry programs to attract younger people, or those with limited work experience, into our workforce and then supports their development through targeted professional development, mentoring support and structured work experiences. |
