Performance Management & Development Scheme

The Performance Management and Development Scheme (PMDS) is the process of formal performance review and development planning. It supports staff to focus their work activities to achieve successful performance and evaluates that performance against specific objectives. The PMDS is part of the University's planning and review cycle and starts with the annual review of Faculty, Division and Centre portfolios and the development of operational plans.
