Workplace Recognition Strategies
CSU encourages and celebrates achievements of Academic and General staff at all levels of the University.
Workplace recognition strategies are established within each Faculty and Division and are decided between the Dean, Executive Director, supervisors and staff to determine meaningful and valued recognition within their key work areas.
Whilst this level of recognition is aligned with the CSU Performance Management and Development Scheme, ongoing recognition is highly encouraged to occur at any time of the year. Supervisors are encouraged to engage in regular timely feedback with the aim of fostering healthy working relationships, inspiring change and innovation within the work place, capitalisation of individual strengths and overall continuous improvement.
