Tier 2 - Workplace Recognition Strategies
Supervisors will provide this Tier recognition for all staff who receive a rating of exceeds requirements or outstanding performance .
- The Dean / Executive Director (or equivalent) issues a letter of congratulations to these staff members and teams.
- Staff are recognised at the local workplace level with a presentation of a letter of congratulations, certificate, small gift or similar token at a morning/afternoon tea or lunch.
Note: Financial payments, off-campus meals and entertainment, purchases from external suppliers, and time off with pay are not approved recognition strategies.
