This individual award is received for sustained and significant contributions to clinical education within the School of Community Health. In particular, Kristy has worked to enhance clinical education practices and processes within the CSU Allied Health Clinic, providing quality experiences for students which has ultimately resulted in a high level of care for the clinic’s patients. Kristy has contributed to enhancing the capacity for cost efficient clinic management through the development of policies and procedures, as well as strategies such as an integrated database system. Kristy’s achievements have made an outstanding contribution to developing and sustaining a nexus between teaching and professional practice. |

Associate Professor Gary Luck - School of Environmental Sciences |

This individual award is received for outstanding contributions to the research profile of Charles Sturt University.Gary has achieved this through the attraction of Nationally Competitive Grants, graduation of research higher degree students, collaboration with internationally recognised researchers and the publication of work in the world’s most prestigious science journals over the past five years. Garry’s work is highly respected and has been widely cited by other researchers. Some of his key research achievements include securing $1.1M in external grant funding (including two ARC Discovery grants and an ARC Linkage grant) and publishing a number of articles in A* and A-ranked science journals. Gary is also the lead editor of the interdisciplinary book titled ‘Demographic change in rural Australia: implications for society and the environment’ that showcases work from researchers in the University’s Institute for Land, Water and Society. |

Lincoln has demonstrated sustained effort and commitment towards enhancing CSU’s leadership profile in flexible learning and teaching and towards building a ‘One University’ culture. Lincoln’s leadership attributes have lead him to become an effective and well respected manager within the Division of Learning and Teaching Services. Ms Justine Booth - Division of Student Services |

This individual award is received for an outstanding contribution to workplace improvements in operational areas at Orange, Bathurst and Dubbo Catering Units within the Division of Student Services. Justine has demonstrated significant leadership and the ability to influence change through balancing the demands of services, management and operations across three campuses. Other key attributes include establishing a workforce plan and identifying work process improvements which have contributed to the overall development and success of the Catering Unit. |

This individual award is received for outstanding contributions to the School of Policing Studies over the past six years toward the development of both staff and students. Amanda has made innovative and significant contributions to the development of teaching resources and continues to enhance the learning experience of internal and distance education students through preparing police recruits for their role within the community. Consistently, both formal and informal evaluations of her teaching indicate that she is valued for the knowledge, commitment and approachable nature she brings to her classes along with her dedication and development of best practice teaching delivery. |

Carole’s positive influence on both Academic and General staff, high level of educational design and her role in the introduction of ePortfolios to the University’s online learning environment have resulted in regular positive feedback on her work. |
