Physical Wellbeing
Physical wellbeing is commonly regarded as the body's overall condition. It is recognised that to achieve optimum physical health a regime of good eating, regular exercise and getting adequate sleep should be adopted. This results in feeling better and having sufficient energy and motivation to get things done in our daily lives. The following links provide a broad range of internal and external information that helps promote and enhance physical wellbeing.

| Alcohol and other drugs policy | The intent of this policy is to protect and promote the health, wellbeing and safety of staff, students, contractors and visitors to Charles Sturt University through the management of alcohol and other drugs. |
| Smoking in the workplace policy | A policy covering the University's commitment to preventing any exposure to environmental tobacco smoke in the workplace. |
| Sporting facilities | Bathurst, Orange and Wagga Wagga campuses have fully equipped exercise gyms, indoor sports arenas, football ovals and tennis courts, with Wagga Wagga also having a outdoor swimming pool. These facilities are available to all staff. |
| Gym membership discounts | CSU has developed partnerships with a number of gyms offering discounts and group rates. |
| Cycling at CSU | This page is designed to explain the benefits of cycling and to share tips and motivational resources with fellow cyclists. |

| Flu vaccinations |
CSU recognises the benefits of flu prevention and offers flu vaccinations annually in the early part of each year. Flu Vaccinations will be offered from March this year.
