The University Wants To Hear What You Have To Say
The 2013 Your Voice Staff Survey will be held from Monday 6th May to Friday 24th May 2013.
This is your opportunity to shape your future and the future of Charles Sturt University.
The Survey is voluntary and gives all staff members a chance to 'voice' their opnions about the work environment at CSU. It will help us all to recognise our strenghts and identify areas for development.
The Survey is conducted by the outside agency, Voice Project.

Using an agency and consultant guarantees that your answers are anonymous and confidential. All the results come back collectively and can't be unscrambled.
All staff are strongly encouraged to participate. This will give us strong and representative collective feedback. It will ensure that folloow up actions reflect the views of all staff rather than the voice of a vocal few.

The survey is completed online and will take most people around 20 minutes to complete.
