Recruitment and Selection practices at CSU:
- Are principles based, providing greater flexibility in approach and execution;
- Identify and communicate a suite of recruitment options and resources aligned with strategic direction which systematically work towards improving the processes which underpin Recruitment and Selection; and
- Are contemporary in practice enabling CSU to be competitive in a tightening labour market.
The Division of Human Resources works in partnership with Faculties and Divisions to provide support and advice to achieve positive outcomes in recruitment and selection activities.
