Incremental Progression

As part of the Performance Management Scheme, the University operates on common anniversary dates. Subject to satisfactory performance, staff may progress within the salary range for their level until the maximum salary step is reached.

For staff with continuing appointments or fixed-term contracts:

Staff are eligible for consideration for incremental progression on: 1 March 1 June 1 July

Please note if the staff member commences in the three months preceding the common anniversary date they are not eligible to increment until the common anniversary date after 12 months
