Position Classification
The General Staff Job Classification process conducted by the University is in accordance with the Charles Sturt University Enterprise Agreement 2010-2012 clause 23.
Applications for Review of Job Classification should only be lodged after agreement from the relevant supervisor that the duties and responsibilities of the position have changed significantly.
Incumbents and/or their supervisors are encouraged to contact a trained reclassification facilitator for review of their draft application and recommendations for improvement before submission. The current list of facilitators can be accessed from the quick link below.
Applications for Review of Job Classification for Round 1, 2013 will open on 4 February 2013 and closes on 15 March 2013.
