Employee Assistance Program - Online Access
CSU has engaged IPS Worldwide to provide free short term professional counselling services to staff and members of their immediate families. The counselling can be for either work-related or personal issues, and is strictly confidential.
Work related issues may include: problems with performance, relationships with co-workers, managing conflict, adjusting to change, handling work stress, making career choices and dealing with traumatic events.
Personal or family issues may include concerns about children, relationship issues, financial or legal problems, midlife issues, domestic violence, emotional or physical abuse, grief or loss, substance abuse (including tobacco), alcohol and other drug dependencies and stress management.
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is completely independent and confidential service providing professional counselling and onward referral as required for all employees and their families;
An Employee Assistance Program is by definition an employer funded counselling, health and work-life balance initiative. CSU has decided to provide this service to you at no personal charge.
IPS will not share any information about your counselling with anyone and your employer will never know who has used the service. Only if you want and give written permission can information be shared.
As part of our partnership with IPS Worldwide, WebEAP is offered as a free online service available to all staff and their immediate families. WebEAP is a member’s only portal that once accessed, offers a range of resources, articles and tools on numerous topics related to health and wellbeing.
