University Culture - Climate Survey
Charles Sturt University undertakes an organisation-wide workplace climate survey approximately every three years. This is one of a number of tools to be used to benchmark the development of CSU and to gather staff feedback to improve the University's processes.
The "Your Voice" staff survey will be conducted between 6 and 24 May 2013. Refer to the Your Voice website for further information.
External consultants from Macquarie University design and deliver the Voice Climate Survey at CSU, to ensure confidentiality and also to assist with interpreting the extensive set of statistical results, including advice on how the organisation can effectively manage and respond to these results.
The 2010 Climate Survey was open from 10 to 21 May 2010.
In 2006, Charles Sturt University (CSU) conducted a second organisation-wide workplace climate survey. The same external consultants from Macquarie University were engaged to professionally design and deliver the Voice Climate Survey at CSU. A report on progress against the Climate Survey commitments was provided to the Vice Chancellor's Forum in early September 2007. This was announced in a message from the Vice-Chancellor on What's New, copies of the report and presentation to the VCF.
In May 2003, Charles Sturt University (CSU) committed to undertaking an organisation-wide workplace climate survey as one of a number of tools to be used to benchmark the development of CSU and to gather staff feedback to improve the University's processes.
