Workforce Planning
Workforce planning is a continuous process of matching workforce requirements to organisational objectives, and highlighting and forecasting the human resource implications when undertaking particular operational or strategic activities. Workforce Planning is a management framework that links human resource decisions to the organisation's plans and budgetary resources.

Local Level Data
- Workforce Profile reports containing data over a 5 yr span, are available to Faculty, Division and other University senior leaders. These reports will be issued on an annual basis and will contain information relating to level of appointment; length of service; employment end dates; age and gender profiles.
- Establishment reports are available on request from the HR Service Centre
