Charles Sturt University undertakes an organisation-wide workplace climate survey approximately every three years.

This is one of a number of tools to be used to benchmark the development of CSU and to gather staff feedback to improve the University’s processes.

External consultants from Macquarie University design and deliver the Voice Climate Survey at CSU, to ensure confidentiality and also to assist with interpreting the extensive set of statistical results, including advice on how the organisation can effectively manage and respond to these results.

The next Climate Survey is scheduled for early 2010.
