Responsibilities of CSU Staff

As part of the Performance Management Scheme, the University operates on common anniversary dates.  Subject to satisfactory performance, staff may progress within the salary range for their level until the maximum salary step is reached.

For staff with continuing appointments or fixed-term contracts in excess of 12 months:

Based on performance over the period: 1 December –
30 November
1 April –
31 March
1 April –
31 March
Staff are eligible for consideration for incremental progression on: 1 March 1 June 1 July

Staff on fixed-term contracts of twelve months or less are not eligible for incremental progression.
