Service Standards
The HR Service Centre prioritises requests and enquiries based on the following principles:
- Casual timesheets that have been completed in full will be processed in the next available pay. Refer to the Pay Day Calendar for timesheet deadlines.
- Requests that impact on salary payments are prioritised in order of the pay period in which any changes take effect and the impact on the staff member (for example, a staff member who may not be paid at all would be prioritised over a staff member receiving a pay increase);
- New appointments are handled next, to facilitate access to IT systems.
Please note that incomplete requests may have to be returned to the staff member for additional information.
