Service Standards

The HR Service Centre prioritises requests and enquiries based on the following principles:

  1. Casual timesheets that have been completed in full will be processed in the next available pay.  Refer to the Pay Day Calendar for timesheet deadlines.
  2. Requests that impact on salary payments are prioritised in order of the pay period in which any changes take effect and the impact on the staff member (for example, a staff member who may not be paid at all would be prioritised over a staff member receiving a pay increase);
  3. New appointments are handled next, to facilitate access to IT systems.

Please note that incomplete requests may have to be returned to the staff member for additional information.
