Admin Focus is an internal, biennial conference sponsored by the Division of Human Resources for administrative staff . The next conference is scheduled for 2010.

- To recognise the significant contribution of administrative staff in office and support positions
- To increase awareness and understanding of professional development topics that are relevant to administrative staff
- To foster networking and a sense of community among administrative staff

- To align administrative work and professional development needs for performance management planning
- To reflect on and identify professional development needs for performance management planning
- To maintain and develop the diversity of skills of administrative staff
- To develop confidence, self-esteem and personal empowerment to enhance the ability of administrative staff to contribute to the University
- To exchange ideas and discuss a broad range of relevant issues
