The Web Self Service is an add-on feature to the Alesco Human Resources Information System. It has been configured to meet the individual and supervisor needs for aspects of human resource information at Charles Sturt University.
The Web Self Service Kiosk will enable individual staff to access information regarding:

Availability
Generally the Web Self Service will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The exception to this availability will be during:
Backups - Usually around 1:00pm on Friday before payday for 30 minutes.
Please note these times may vary due to changes to operational requirements or events such as public holidays.
If the Web Self Service is unavailable at other times users will receive a message indicating unavailability.
