What is a Consultancy?
A consultancy is an agreement between Organisational Development, on behalf of the Division of Human Resources, and a Division or Faculty, where there is an agreement to provide a one-off or longer term service.
Examples of recent consultancies are :
- 2004 - Analysis and advice on duty statements and roles in the Bathurst Printery.
- 2004/5 - A two year program relating to a range of workplace change issues with Division of Facilities Management.
- 2005 - Facilitation of a session exploring the partnership between academic and administrative staff in the Faculty of Arts
- 2005 - Analysis of administrative staff team roles in the School of Policing Goulburn
- 2005 - A year long change management program in the Division of Library Services.
- 2005 - Work environment improvements in Residences and Catering.
