Dr Franziska Trede
Professional Work Background
Franziska’s professional background includes extensive professional experience as
- senior physiotherapist in clinical and community settings,
- academic lecturer contributing to the Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, to undergraduate and postgraduate programs in public health and clinical education at UNSW; and as
- academic fieldwork coordinator in the Faculty of Health Sciences at Sydney University, and as
- Diversity Health Coordinator at the Prince of Wales Hospital in the South East Sydney Area Health Service.

Emancipatory dimension of professional practice and transformational learning;
Communication, complexity and diversity within communities of practice and
in education for practice;
Critical social science perspectives and creative participatory action learning.
