The Flexible Learning Institute has links with a number of units at various levels throughout the University, spanning Faculties, Schools, Academics, Students, Divisions, the Education for Practice Institute, CSU Committees (Learning and Teaching Committee), Faculty of Education Committees (Flexible Learning Working Group) and SNI Network (Promoting Excellence Initiative).

Advisory Board - Institute of Teaching and Learning at Deakin University , Australia.
Australasian Society for Computers in Learning in Tertiary Education (Ascilite) Executive member and President, 2009. Ascilite is one of the leading educational technology associations in Australasia.
Research Committee of the Association for Learning Technology (ALT). ALT is a UK-wide professional and scholarly association which promotes good practice in the use of learning technology in education and industry, represents members in areas of policy, and facilitates collaboration between practitioners, researchers, and policy makers.
