| Kulari De Silva MBA (Tech. Mgt.), B.Sc. (Hons.), Dip (VET) An Evaluation of the management of e-learning in Higher Education Institutes of Sri Lanka. Kulari is investigating the management of e-learning that influences education practices in three Higher Education Institutes in Sri Lanka. The three case studies highlight the unique cultural context and the socio economic factors that impact on the Higher Education sector in Sri Lanka. She has developed and suggested a set of recommendations which focus on the areas such as processes, infrastructure, leadership, and strategic planning that need to be considered when developing e-learning resources and delivering using e-learning within Higher Education Institutes, especially in Sri Lanka. |
