FULT is a program of professional development workshops and activities designed for new teaching staff at CSU. The program has been planned to help participants develop their organisational know-how and their learning and teaching know-how as the basis for more effective teaching. Even if you have come to CSU from another university there will be things that FULT can do for you – like introduce you to the systems and culture of CSU and get you started in CSU Interact, our new online learning environment.
Your participation earns Performance Based Funding (Learning & Teaching) points for your school.
Target Staff
(i) New staff without a background in university teaching particularly those from an industry background;
(ii) New staff with a background in university teaching but unfamiliar with CSU;
(iii) CSU Full-Time Research Higher Degree students;
(iv) Casual academic staff.
