FULT is a program of professional development workshops and activities designed for new teaching staff at CSU; see here for details. The program has been planned to help participants develop their organisational know-how and their learning and teaching know-how as the basis for more effective teaching. Even if you have come to CSU from another university there will be things that FULT can do for you – like introduce you to the systems and culture of the university - and become familiar with its learning and teaching practices

FULT is offered in four blocks. You choose between attending live workshops or completing one or more blocks online. To register for all FULT activities (face to face and online mode) please visit Web Kiosk / Skills & Development / Training Nomination. Then you will be given access to the FULT Interact site and receive further advice about the program.

Please contact Lesley Reid for information.

If you are unsure whether you need to complete FULT please talk to your head of school.
