Known Issues
As can be the case with major software or system rollouts, there are some known issues with the current instance of CSU Interact . DIT is working on these issues and users are encouraged to, before logging a Service Desk request to advise of an apparent fault, access the ‘Known Issues' web page. These issues needn't be reported.

Tool Help
While using a tool, you can go directly to the Help for that tool by clicking on the icon in the tool title bar.

Things to consider
Help articles may describe features or settings that are not available to you, depending on your role within a worksite. See Permissions, Roles & Sites: Overview for more information.
