Coordinator Name and contact details
For detailed help, click on the section name within the table below.
The Coordinator name and contact detail sections which follow the Academic enquiries section are drawn from enterprise data where available (excluding Mobile). If a Coordinator and/or their contact details change (or become known), click the Data Refresh button to update the Outline with the new data. If a Data Refresh is performed after the Outline has been QA Approved or Published, the relevant process for a 'variation' applies - however variations to the Coordinator name and contact detail sections are exempt from QA. To learn more see Vary an Outline and QA Exemptions.
The Coordinator's Communications Directory entry must be created/updated via an IT Service Desk Request. Subject Coordinators who are employed on a casual basis must log a Service Desk Request to have a Communications Directory entry created. If a staff member does not have a CSU email account, note this in the Service Desk Request as an email account will need to be created to enable the creation of the entry.
