'View' and 'PDF Preview' enables you to see what will be delivered to students if the Outline is published in its current state.

 

If the Author of an Outline deems an optional section irrelevant to the subject offering they are able to leave the section void of information and the tool will automatically remove the optional section from the final Outline - students will never know that the section existed within the draft template.  Thus any optional sections which are void of information are removed from 'View' and 'PDF Preview' so as to demonstrate the student view of the final Outline.
