The Edit Outline screen provides the Author with functions to edit and manage the Outline.  See Edit screen menu and Section menu functions to learn more about each function available within the Edit screen.

 

Click the blue question mark Help icon against any function/section throughout the screen for brief pop-up help.  Click the 'More Help' link within the pop-up to learn more.  See Tool Help for further details regarding the available Help.
