Once the Outline is created for multiple offerings, you are then able to view, edit and publish a single Outline for multiple offerings.
The Change Offering button enables the Author to switch between offerings to view details for each specific offering:

Editing each linked offering
Certain sections within the Outline allow for different content to be provided for each offering linked to the Outline. The purpose of this capability is to accommodate inherent differences in learning and teaching for each specific cohort, e.g. due to study mode, different Coordinators and Teaching Staff, etc. Such sections are labeled with the red text as depicted below, i.e. 'Changing this section will affect the current offering only'.

The following editable template sections allow different content to be authored for each linked subject offering:

Authoring different content for each linked offering
The Author must use the Change Offering button to switch between offerings to author different section content for each linked offering.
Copying content across offerings
Upon saving content to a section which allows different content to be provided for each offering linked to the Outline, the Author will be prompted to decide whether they would like to copy the content to other linked offerings. The Author is able to select to copy the content to none, some or all other offerings.
