The objectives are populated from the Subject Profile, the approved subject documentation, which is stored in the Course and Subject Information Management System (CASIMS) database.

Substantial changes

To change the objectives, you will need to revise the subject profile in CASIMS, using the normal subject approval procedures.

Minor editorial corrections

If there are spelling, formatting or punctuation corrections required, please advise your School/Faculty office who will initiate procedures for making minor editorial corrections to the objectives. Once corrections are in place within CASIMS, click ‘Data Refresh’ to update the changes within the Outline. Please be aware that the Enterprise Data updates approximately hourly - so if the Data Refresh is not immediately effective, please wait at least one (1) hour. If the Data Refresh is still not effective, please notify the IT Service Desk of the details around the data problem.
