Offering Details
The offering details (as opposed to the Working Title) displays the Outline naming convention of the offering which you are currently editing / viewing.
If there is >1 offering linked to the Outline, the Change Offering button must be used to switch between offerings to view and edit each. See below.
Change Offerings
When an Outline has been created for multiple offerings, the Change Offering button enables the Author to switch between offerings to view specific details for each specific offering, i.e.:

A click on the Change Offering button will cause a drop down list which includes all linked offerings to display. The offering you wish to edit/view can be selected with either your mouse or down/up arrow keys. Click OK to generate the view of the Outline for the selected offering. 'Cancel' will cause the currently displayed offering to remain.
