If there are any staff (in addition to the Subject Coordinator) responsible for teaching the subject they should be introduced here, e.g. team teaching.  Their contact details and consultation procedures should then be authored in the appropriate ‘Other Teaching Staff’ sections within the Subject Overview and Contact Procedures groupings.

 

If teaching staff are not known at the time of publishing the Outline, state how students will be advised, e.g.  You will be informed of the teaching staff (including their contact details and procedures for consultation) via your subject site or other method.

 

As this section is optional - i.e. will not be compliance checked - if this section is left blank it will not be displayed in the published version of the Subject Outline.

 

This is a cohort specific section

If an Outline has been created for multiple cohorts, the 'Change Offering' button must be utilised to enable the authoring of 'other teaching staff' content for each cohort who will receive the Outline.  If the section is a cohort specific section and the Outline has been created for multiple offerings, the section header will be annotated with red text indicating "Changing this section will affect the current offering only."  To learn more see Editing an Outline for multiple offerings.
